The Shuttle Carrier System Stereoscopic warehouse consists of radio shuttle carts, Shuttle Mover, Guide Rail, Radio shuttle racking, pallet lifter, pallet conveying system, automatic control system, RWCS, WMS etc.

Working Principle
Goods In: After receiving the information of Goods IN, WMS warehouse management system combines the goods characteristics to assign the goods allocation and then generates the storage instructions. WCS control system dispatch conveyor - pallet lifter- Shuttle Mover- radio shuttle carts and other related equipment in turn to automatically send the goods to the specified location
Goods Out: After receiving the information of Goods Out, WMS warehouse management system confirm the goods position and then generates the out of storage instructions. WCS control system dispatch radio shuttle carts - Shuttle Mover- pallet lifter- conveyor and other related equipment in turn to automatically send the goods to the end of Goods Out.
Layout Patterns:
Two rails in sides of racking;
The shuttle carrier system and guide rail are arranged in both sides of racking;
Goods In section and Goods Out section are equipped with elevating and conveyor system;
Access of goods: loading in one side, unloading in other side;
Mode of Goods In and Out: first- in-first-out(FIFO);
Rails in the middle of racking;
The shuttle carrier system and guide rail are arranged in the middle of racking;
Goods in section and Goods Out section are equipped with elevating and conveyor system;
Access of goods: Goods In and Out both in one side;
